Last Saturday’s ‘Judge Jeanine’ show opened with Jeanine Pirro going on a tirade about Mitt Romney’s recent attacks on Donald Trump’s presidential run. Saying that Romney has awakened a “sleeping giant.”
Last Thursday Mitt Romney held a news conference at the University of Utah saying this about Donald Trump: “Here’s what I know: Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud,” and “His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. He’s playing members of the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House, and all we get is a lousy hat.”
During the opening segment Jeanine Pirro also blasted everyone who opposes Donald Trump, including those that wrote in National Review’s “Conservatives against Trump” issue, declaring that anyone who opposes Donald Trump are part of the “GOP establishment.” A sampling of the “GOP establishment” that submitted articles include Glenn Beck, Brent Bozell, Erick Erickson, Dana Loesch, Andrew McCarthy, and Dr. Thomas Sowell.
So why is Jeanine Pirro so supportive of Donald Trump? Could it be because she’s agrees with the positions that he is standing for and that she approves of the life that he has lived. Possibly, or could it be something else?
In his blog The Lid Jeff Dunetz posted under “Why Didn’t Jeanine Pirro Reveal Her Financial Ties To Trump Before Trashing ‘National Review’?”
New York Magazine once described her ex-husband Al Pirro as “Westchester’s most influential real-estate lawyer, a man Donald Trump keeps on retainer”
Variety said, in 2007 “Sir Pirro, a wily and wildly successful real estate attorney, has a somewhat checkered past that has played itself out quite publicly in the New York media. Indeed he has long standing professional relationships with such high profile individuals as The Donald (Trump),”
In other words, before her divorce Mr. Trump was an important part of Judge Pirro’s household income. And when she ran for New York State Attorney General, Donald Trump donated $20,000 to her campaign.

Jeanine Pirro is far from the only Fox News personality that is being questioned on their bias toward Donald Trump. In TheBlaze Mary Ramirez wrote a column titled “10 Questions I’d Love To Ask Sean Hannity” asking why he doesn’t hold Donald Trump to the same standards as he does the others.
